- WHO I AM
A space rooted in lived experience, not just theory.
Where psychology meets spirituality, and healing becomes something you can live.
My work is grounded in lived experience—not only concepts or techniques. I am a certified holistic health practitioner, psycho-spiritual teacher, and energy healer, supporting people through nervous system awareness, embodiment, and presence.
- WHO I AM
My Journey
My path has taken me through mental health challenges, physical illness, trauma, and spiritual awakening.
Through these experiences, I discovered something essential:
You are not broken.
You do not need endless fixing.
What feels “wrong” is often the nervous system doing its best to protect. When the body learns safety, clarity returns. The mind softens. Life begins to be met from presence rather than survival.
- BACKGROUND
My Background
My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience.
I integrate modern psychological understanding with embodied spiritual wisdom, always honoring the intelligence and pace of the body.

- Approach
My Approach
I work at the intersection of psychology, nervous system regulation, and embodied spirituality.
I support people in understanding how their nervous system, subconscious beliefs, and lived experiences shape their perception of reality, relationships, intuition, and sense of self.
When the body feels safe:
- Intuition becomes grounded
- Clarity replaces confusion
- Old survival patterns soften
This work invites responsibility without shame, spirituality without bypassing, and healing without force.
- WHAT I STAND FOR
What I Stand For
You don’t need to become
someone new.
You are invited to remember who you already are.
